The number of unaccompanied migrant children being held in US custody soared past 15,500 and that number is expected to continue to grow as US Border Patrol agents are now apprehending roughly 500 unaccompanied minors per day.

At present approximately 5,000 unaccompanied minors are currently being housed in “temporary facilities” at the border. Many of which, illegally, due to the Biden Administration holding them well beyond the legal 72-hour limit the Flores Amendment allows.

Department of Health and Human Services spokesperson Mark Weber told CBS News on Saturday. An additional 10,500 unaccompanied children are held in “licensed” migrant shelters, suitable for longer-term care for minors.

In the meantime, the Biden administration is struggling to find space for another 5,000 kids, held by Customs and Border Protection inside a tent camp in Texas and other temporary facilities along the Mexico border.

The number of daily new unaccompanied migrant children are being apprehended stands at roughly 500 over the past three weeks.

The unaccompanied migrant children that are apprehended are spending on average 136 hours in those same border facilities that Trump was often called a Nazi for by his now suddenly silent Democrat kids in cages critics.

Press Refuses To Hold Biden Accountable For The Unaccompanied Migrant Children Crisis

While the Biden administration has recently faced increased pressure from the White House pool reporters.

For weeks the mainstream media refused to question Joe Biden over his egregious handling of the migrant border crisis, for which the Biden administration still arrogantly refuses to call it for what it is “a crisis”.

Instead, The Biden White House presumptuously calls the migrant border crisis ‘a border challenge’.

Hilariously, as TuskerDaily reported last week White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki got caught saying the quiet part out loud when she correctly described the situation as “A Crisis”

But mere seconds later when asked by a reporter what did you call it?

Psaki, with a look of being constipated, conveniently ignored her calling it “a crisis” and instead amended her wording to the Biden appropriate “challenges on the border.

Of course, the Democrats’ media cohorts laughingly went right along and ignored Psaki speaking the quiet part out loud.

Joe Biden’s Lack Of Unaccompanied Migrant Children Transparency

Joe Biden and his egregious administration while declaring their love for Transparabncy, have been anything but.

Even such Democrat apologists like CNN and the New York Times have started to report on President Biden’s lack of transparency and not allowing access to the Migrant Children facilities to journalists.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters on Thursday that while President Biden doesn’t feel the need to go see the migrant border crisis first hand.

She stated that Biden nevertheless knows the situation since he has seen photos of the camps.

Despite admitting to having the photos, the Biden administration still refuses to release them to the public so the American people can see exactly what the conditions are like inside these unaccompanied migrant children facilities for the thousands that are being imprisoned there.

Yasmine Taeb, a human rights lawyer and advocate for refugees, said, as cited by the Hill.

“These border facilities are absolutely no place for children, and it’s troubling that more access is not provided to press and advocates seeking information about the conditions of children in overcrowded facilities,”

Biden Declares: Move Along…Nothing To See

President Biden maintains that federal agencies are acting as quickly as possible to transfer detained children out of the custody of the US Border Patrol into “safe facilities.”

Meanwhile, as TuskerDaily reported, Biden apologist Rep. Linda Sanchez (D-California) defended the lack of transparency, claiming it’s “not necessarily appropriate” for the media to see the conditions because they aren’t “permanent,” and insisted that “safety and privacy” are more important at the moment.

Of course, as TuskerDaily documented in our article, Rep. Linda Sanchez made numerous visits to these camps during the Trump administration.

But lambasted former President Trump whenever the US Border Patrol refused to allow access to certain illegal immigrant facilities for short periods of time during Trump’s four years in office.

But now Rep. Linda Sanchez declares that it’s not appropriate for members of Congress, or journalists to visit these unaccompanied migrant children camps.

Despite repeated denials that President Biden “opened the floodgates” with his open border immigration policies and a pushback against the term “crisis”.

Biden’s Homeland Security chief, Alejandro Mayorkas, acknowledged last week that the US is currently “on pace to encounter more individuals on the southwest border than we have in the last 20 years.”

  1. This is a travesty and unmitigated abuse both to the people who were invited here and to the American people and there is not enough spin to be had in why this has happened and what will be continued as we go forward.

  2. Load all these children into a C-130 airplane and fly them back to their country of origin. this humanitarian act will releave much stress on these chidden, they already speak the language. We can’t find enough homes for adoption, foster homes or orphan homes. They will mostly graduate to ganges, end up killed or shot, or end up in prison. The whole situation is unfair to them. So fly them home.

  3. Why are we responsible for the worlds children? These children should be returned to their families immediately. Those responsible for NOT returning their children to their own country need to be drawn and quartered for such criminal abuse. And those that encourage this terrible danger for these illegals to make such a dangerous danger should also pay the price for their treachery. These illegals are not our children. They belong back to their own countries and their own families.
