Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden told President Trump to “shut up, man!” while refusing to say if he would pack the court by increasing the number of justices to the Supreme Court during the first presidential debate.

Moderator Chris Wallace of Fox News asked whether Biden would support adding SCOTUS justices to the court if Trump’s conservative pick Amy Coney Barrett is confirmed to replace liberal Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

Biden Responded:

“Whatever position I take on that, that’ll become the issue. The issue is the American people should speak. You should go out and vote. You’re in voting, now vote and let your senators know how strongly you feel. But vote now,”

Trump’s biggest mistake in the first Presidential debate was interjected himself to quickly which he did in this case when the President shot back:

“Are you going to pack the court? Are you going to pack the court? He doesn’t want to answer.”

Due to President Trump continuing to press him to answer, Biden’s revealing response seemed lost:

“I’m not going to answer the question, because the question is, the question is, the question is —”

Under relentless pressure put on him by Trump, the former vice president shot back: “Will you shut up, man?”

If President Trump let Biden speak as long as he wanted, he would find Biden would hang himself with his own words. Because, Biden was never going to answer the question, which the American people would have seen through his charade of an answer.

A perfect example of this was when President Trump asked,“Who is on your list, Joe? Who is on your list? He’s going to pack the court.”

While the question was brilliant, Trump, unfortunately, never gave Biden the time he needed to hang himself with his own answer.
