House Speaker Nancy Pelosi repugnantly screeched on Monday ‘We must get to the truth of how this happened’ as she announced she will create a ‘9/11-Type’ Commission Charade to supposedly investigate last month’s attack on the U.S. Capitol.
Pelosi also claimed that the country needs a full accounting of what went wrong if it is to regain its sense of security.

Nancy Pelosi ‘9/11-Type’ Commission Charade
Of course, Two days after former President Donald Trump was acquitted by the Senate of an article of impeachment charging him with inciting the attack,
Pelosi claiming she was ‘seeking the truth,’ and America needing a full accounting is the farthest thing from her reprehensible mind.
After trying to cancel Donald Trump, Pelosi knows full well that if all things go according to plan the Democrats will once again face off against the former President and his 75 million MAGA supporters.
But unlike 2020 the pandemic will have become a horrific memory, and they won’t be able to blame the Trump administration for the racial violence the Democrats stroked since the tragic murder of George Floyd.
Pelosi also said Congress will rush to pass emergency security money to improve its own protection.
“Security, security, security,” Mrs. Pelosi said in a letter to fellow House Democrats.
The letter comes even as Republicans demand Pelosi herself face scrutiny for her decisions surrounding the Jan. 6 attack.
As TuskerDaily reported earlier, House Republicans are also demanding to know why National Guard troops are still patrolling Washington D.C. despite the Biden inaugeration which they used as an excuse for their deployment, has come and gone.
Pelosi’s office is being accused of stonewalling attempts to pry loose documents that would shed light on why the Democrats originally made the decision to use the Nation Guard in the first place?
A top Republican on the Judiciary, Oversight, intelligence committee asked:
“Five weeks have passed since the January 6th attack on the Capitol building, and many important questions about your responsibility for the security of the Capitol remain unanswered,”
Pelosi had previously tasked retired Lt. Gen. Russel Honoré to lead a snap review of the Jan. 6 attack and the Capitol’s handling.
In her letter Monday she said he’s making proposals on safety, but a broader review needs to happen, Pelosi stated:
“It is clear from his findings and from the impeachment trial that we must get to the truth of how this happened,”
She cited the probe into the 2001 terrorist attacks, colloquially called the 9/11 Commission, which saw a team of Republicans and Democrats spend 20 months holding hearings, investigating and writing an exhaustive report on how 19 terrorists boarded planes and used them as missiles to strike inside the U.S.
Among the questions the commission will ponder is what information was known, and who knew it, ahead of time; what steps were taken to stiffen defenses; and why more personnel wasn’t deployed.
The Republicans, in their letter to the Democrats Stuttering Alcoholic Speaker of the House on Monday, if ousted Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund was denied a request for National Guard assistance on Jan. 4, which was 2 days before the Capitol hill riots.
Another question that needs answering is why was Sund’s request for guard help during the attack, was delayed for an hour?
Republicans on the Judiciary, Oversight, intelligence, and House Administration committees want to know if Pelosi was involved in the Jan. 4th denial, or if she was involved in delaying Sund’s call for help?
GOP lawmakers also suggested Nacy Pelosi was being disingenuous when, in calling for Sund’s resignation on Jan. 7, she said he hadn’t “called us since this happened.”
In fact, the Republicans pointed to Sund’s Feb. 1 letter that detailed two briefings the evening of Jan. 6.
The Republicans also complained about the security changes Pelosi has instituted in the wake of the attack, including metal detectors to screen lawmakers before they enter the House chamber.
Something that, as TuskerDaily reported last week, Nancy Pelosi hypocritically fined two Republican lawmakers $5,000 each for circumventing the metal detectors, while she ignored her own transgressions.
