With the Democrats in absolute legislative control over New York State, ‘Bill A416’ should serve as a warning to those Republicans who are calling for a boycott of Georgia’s Jan 5th runoff election.

The moment Gov. Andrew Cuomo and the Democrats gained full control of the state in 2019, they made quick work of showing just how over-the-top insane they will lead.

During the 2018 midterm elections, the Democrats seized control of the New York State Senate for just the third time in 50 years.

With no other party to stop them, let alone slow down their insanity. The Democrats went full-tilt mental midget crazy in passing their stupidity.

A few of the laws the Democrats passed that were implemented on Jan 1, 2020:

  • Drivers licenses for all illegal immigrants.
  • Bail Reform – Except for being arrested for murder, or the vilest criminal acts.  Judges can no longer hold a defendant on bail. The defendant only needed to pinky-promise that they’ll return for their next court date to be set free.
  • Defendant Rights – Defense attorney’s now had the right to know the name(s) and address(s) of every eye witness that prosecutors intended to call…including confidential informants
  • Infanticide – The Democrats’ new abortion laws now allowed a mother to abort her baby right up until the point where the ‘clump of cells’ started their journey down the mother’s slip and slide that magically transformed it into a human being.

As a result of the verbiage the Democrats’ used in their Infanticide bill:

Any person currently charged with, or previously convicted of murdering an unborn child would immediately be set free. Because in Liberal La La Land ‘How can someone murder a clump of cells?

New York Bill A416…COVID Camps

For those that thought New York State Democrats suffered from temporary insanity in 2020 and would return to some semblance of rational thinking in 2021.

Umm, that’ll be a NO!

Bill A416 authored by New York State Democrat Assemblyman N. Nick Perry, calls for the “removal and/or detention” of individuals who are identified as a “case, contact or carrier” of a contagious disease.

Plainly speaking, authoritarianism would come to New York in the form of government agents being allowed to forcibly throw anyone they suspect of having the sniffles into a medical internment camp.

The sweeping powers supposedlywould only be employed‘ in the event of the state declaring a health emergency due to an epidemic of any communicable disease.

At this point, you may want to Google ‘Slippery Slope‘.

People being “removed” will have the right to legal representation and are allowed to, not call, but supply the telephone numbers of friends or family so the state, at their convenience, can inform them of the individual’s detention.

The law apparently allows the governor or health official to unilaterally approve such detentions but a court order is required within 60 days of confinement, and judicial review is also required if the individual is still in detention after 90 days

So New York could drop you in a hole for three months, and THEN you can start the long process of regaining your freedom.

The bill also allows the governor or relevant health authorities to force people they’ve deemed potential health risks to submit to medical examinations.

And if that wasn’t enough the state can then FORCE a person to take whatever “prescribed course of treatment, preventative medication or vaccination” the state has decided.

Forget about reading it, have these people ever heard of the U.S. Constitution?

Now, if you thought that maybe this is simply a single whacked out Democrat who by some miracle was elected in 2020 who is now proposing this idiocy…YOU’D BE WRONG!

In fact, the same Democratic lawmaker introduced a nearly identical bill during the 2015-2016 legislative session.

Fortunately, New York was still a 2-party State then and the Republican-held legislature made certain that this stupidity went nowhere.

But with the Democrats now in full control, the proposed law is being taken seriously and will be reviewed by the assembly’s health committee next week.
