Before Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes fends off the San Francisco 49ers pass rush in Super Bowl LIV, he’ll have to defend himself from the ‘feelings aren’t facts’ liberal Twitter mob.
Patrick Mahomes Old Tweets Triggers Twitter Mob
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes came under fire from the liberal social media mob over some old 2011 tweets about George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin’s case and Mahomes’ support for law enforcement.
The 2011 tweets surfaced before the AFC Championship game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Tennessee Titans and appeared to show Mahomes and his former high school football teammate talking back-and-forth about the case and the trial.
The Chiefs Star quarterback was initially being called out on Twitter by someone calling himself the ‘Great White Dope’.
Dammit, I meant ‘Great White Hope,’ for Mahomes’ supposed support of George Zimmerman, who was cleared of all charges in the 2013 shooting of the unarmed black teenager.

Feelings aren’t Facts
However, as any Conservative could attest, when knee-jerk liberals get triggered there is more to the story than just reading the headlines.
In subsequent tweets, Patrick Mahomes does not appear to be taking sides in the Zimmerman case.
This is exactly why the great white hope ignored them.

The reigning NFL MVP was slammed over this one tweet. But reading Mahomes other tweets on the subject it shows that he really didn’t have an opinion one way or the other.
Of course, since it did not support the mob’s Anti-Police agenda, those tweets were completely ignored by the twittering twits.
Patrick Mahomes Is A Big Police Supporter
Patrick Mahomes has stated that if he wasn’t playing professional sports, he would have considered joining the police.
Last May, Mahomes and two other quarterbacks spent time at the Kansas City Regional Police Academy as part of National Police Week.
They were seen handling sniper rifles, putting on bullet-proof vests, controlling a police robot, and going through other police-related sessions.
According to the Kansas City Star, Mahomes gave officers a game ball, saying:
“The things the police do for our community on a day-to-day basis and don’t get recognized for it, it’s good to come out and support them because they support us in every single way,”
Of course, supporting our brave men and women in blue is an absolute sin amongst the mob’s liberal mental midgets.
